Dr.Shaheen Neshat Memorial Trust derives its inspiration from the emotional concern of the downtrodden living in far-fetched area and villages. Late Dr.Shaheen Neshat, a practicing physian of this area, before she left prematurely for her heavenly abode had the feelings and emotional concern for the poor and downtrodden society particularly the women folk of the minority community of this area, she had in mind rather she wanted emotionally and passionately to serve these people in what ever capacity she could have done. Unfortunately she could not see her dream to come true while in this world. Nevertheless she expressed her desire before she left for her heavenly abode that the work and efforts in this direction to be done by her parents, relative, and the persons and agency around, and we the members of trust are all committed to fulfill her last wishes and do and see through the vision of late Dr.Shaheen Neshat;

As it is well known the condition of women folk in this area particularly women folk of minority community is even worst, at the front of education and health care and economic status, these are the area that needs specific attention and commitments and needs tremendous efforts if the quality of life is tobe uplifted, Poverty, illiteracy, ignorance and unawareness of scientific methods together with the mobility via availability of transport is yet another issue to be reddressed which add further to their woes, Dr.Shaheen Neshat Memorial Trust thus has the vision and reason to venture upon the efforts to improve the life and the quality of lifestyle of the inhabitant
